Display Method

• All submitted works will be displayed in frames.

• Simultaneously, all works will be projected via monitor and beam projector.

• Both display methods are provided at no additional cost.

Submission Recommendations

• Resolution: At least 300 dpi is recommended for optimal quality.

• Aspect Ratio: 3:4 or 1:1 is preferred.

• Frame Dimensions:

  • Square: 220mm x 220mm

  • Rectangular: 297mm x 420mm

File Format Requirements

• Image: Please submit in JPG or PNG format.

• Video: Please submit in MP4 or AVI format.

• For other file types, kindly contact us directly.

Artwork Delivery and Collection Requirement (Optional)​

• Personal delivery and collection only.

• Note: No international courier services accepted.

• Drop-off Schedule: 8 January 2025, 07:00 - 10:00

• Pick-up Schedule: 9 January 2025, 18:00 - 20:00
